Description: Planning is very important for this kind of course and program. Somehow, a good plan brings a good outcome. Enable an individual to project and see his personality by means of the plan he made. Impact: I'm really not used to planning, but in a good way, I came to the realization that I need that in my life personally and professionally. I have plan in my mind but it is different when I see my plans slowly getting into reality, it really makes me feel accomplish. I can be a good and improving technology leader using a plan made by myself. Because, no one except myself knows myself the most. Thinking and processing information for me is easy, the crucial part is how to put it as a working mechanism. Like in using technology in class, you can use any kind of technology. However, the main concern is how the use of those technology be very beneficial for your learners which I think I get the answer on this course. Intent: Of course, my intent is pursue more about this program. Implement and use what are the things that I've learned for me to become a effective technology leader which I termed as "Techair" Teacher chairing learning with the use of technology"
